Send your character sheet, reference images, or model link. We assess the pose, print suitability, and work required. Include the creator credit and any relevant permission to use a supplied design or model.

Timing depends on the agreed scope, revisions, material preparation, and studio schedule. Share any deadline before commissioning; we confirm a project estimate in the quote. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Tell us the finished height and available display space, or a preferred ratio such as 1/6. Scale alone does not determine the total size: the character, pose, base, and accessories all matter. Our scale guide explains how to compare dimensions.

Packaging and any detachable parts depend on the figure's construction. We confirm shipping availability, packing, tracking, coverage terms, and assembly instructions for the destination. Ask how customs charges and damage reports will be handled before approving delivery.

The portfolio includes painted resin prints and repainted collectibles. The material, surface preparation, paint system, and protective finish depend on the project. An existing figure must be assessed before a repaint is agreed.
