Custom Figure Studio is a small figure studio, not a marketplace or comparison site. The person who reviews your plan also plans the build and the paint finish.

Some commissions include mature (18+) characters or themes. Tell us in the plan if your project does, and it is handled privately.

3D model printing, kit painting, and figure repaints

A standard scale (1/8, 1/7, or 1/6), a clean base, and one agreed paint finish. Every project gets a private quote based on the model, scale, and paint finish.

Project-specific details belong in your written quote.

Send your character sheet, reference images, or 3D model checklist details. We assess the pose, print suitability, and work required. Include the creator credit and any relevant permission to use a supplied design or model.

Timing depends on the agreed scope, revisions, material preparation, and studio schedule. Share any deadline before commissioning; we confirm a project estimate in the quote. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Tell us the finished height and available display space, or a preferred ratio such as 1/6. Scale alone does not determine the total size: the character, pose, base, and accessories all matter. Our figure scale guide and display-fit planner explain how to compare dimensions.

Packaging and any detachable parts depend on the figure's construction. We confirm shipping availability, packing, tracking, coverage terms, and assembly instructions for the destination. Ask how customs charges and damage reports will be handled before approving delivery. For plain outer packaging and neutral labels, see discreet figure packaging.

The portfolio includes painted resin prints, painted garage kits, and repainted collectibles. The material, surface preparation, paint system, and protective finish depend on the project. An existing figure must be assessed before a repaint is agreed.

Use a standard scale such as 1/8, 1/7, or 1/6, or a portrait bust. Bring a supplied model or a focused reference set, choose a clean display base, and agree one paint finish in a standard-scale project plan. Extra characters, large diorama bases, lighting, and major sculpt revisions move the plan into a separate, larger scope review.
